There is a great recipe for them on here, just search lactation cookies. Also, fenugreek tablets, oats for breakfast every day (add linseed meal too) and a good bf tea (Google Melbourne doula- she makes a bf bliss tea that I've found really good!)

I get natures own fenugreek tablets- any health food store should have them. They are cheapest online at vitamin king

I found that if I put DS2 down to play right after a feed I could express 30 ml. It took up a lot of my time even though I didn't do it after every feed but I needed to save up milk for him to be babysat.

After doing it for a week my supply increased. I also made sure to drink lots of water and ate lactation cookies.

I just used an Avent manual pump and found that I could also express the most by propping the baby and feeding on one side and pumping on the other side. The baby could stimulate let downs better than a pump.
I can't pump and feed at same time as my boobs are really big. Getting up in night would be good if my baby didn't wake

ETA - expressing when my milk came in was different to now.

It was the recipe on here. ..I searched it and made them. It makes heaps and they are Yummy. I rolled leftover dough in cling film and froze them to slice so it was easy to make a fresh batch. I did buy pinky mckay ones. Totally overpriced and not nearly as nice. You could also eat porridge and sprinkle Brewers yeast on it. But I liked the cookies.
You can get a prescription for motilium but if you don't really need to I wouldn't.
