Default How to increase supply at 5.5 months?

So my dd2 has been offered a spot one day a week at daycare which means I will be getting casual days at work. I need to slightly boost my supply so I can express and build up my storage.

    How to increase supply?

Even if you don't get much keep doing it. At the same time every day. I found morning time was the best. After a week or so your body will get used to it.

    Can you express at work?

    Oh, drink heaps of water.

    Good luck!

Thanks. I would find it very difficult to do it at the same time, but will try. Best time to do it at same time would be evenings.

I would be able to express at work, but I need to get at least 240ml before then, which shouldn't be a problem as she will be in for 4 weeks before any work is available anyway!

I thought of you when starting this thread. Did you buy them or make them?
