Default We have our final names! What are your thoughts?

    Hi there!

I am due in 4 weeks and we would love to know your thoughts on our names!

Boy: Van Geoffrey (Van our little man)

    Girl: Lila Sondra

Geoffrey is my late Pa and Sondra is my mother.

Last name is Koch, pronounced Kosh.
    Van Koch and Lila Koch.

What are your thoughts? The middle names are meaningful but do they sound good also?

    Thanks

I like both of your girl and boys names but given your surname I wouldn't name my son Van.

I love Lila! Its on my list, but as Lilah.

I'm feeling a little 'Van Gogh' with your boys name! But I do like the uniqueness of the name Van.

Love it. Your boys name has nice flow to it and will suit a man as well as a boy. And I think Sondra is a very pretty middle name.

Love your girls name! Not a fan of the boys name sorry - my first thought was if I saw Van Koch written I would think that was his surname.

I love your girls name, your boys name does sound a bit like Van Gogh . I would think a double syllable boy name might work better? But if you have your heart set on Van go for it. My mum hated what I called DS but DH and I loved it and are so glad we stuck with it xx

I like Lila but not Sondra (just doesn't go). I'm not a fan of Van and with Goeffrey it doesn't sound any better (just doesn't go together).
