It's funny the dos and don't of eating whilst UTD/TTC - I think it was only with our third that I found out that I shouldn't eat sprouts - thankfully it's not something we usually buy, but is sometimes on pre-made sandwiches or in things like pad thai.

My friend got one with her last baby - expensive but good ☺
I'm spending my money on the bugaboo bed this time - small compact but super sturdy and heaps of accessories - and capsule can go in ( def need a capsule cause of school run)

    Tested this morning on CD30...BFN!!!

That 'not pregnant' on digitals is harsh...they should change it to something a bit nicer like 'sorry not this month'. Maybe it's still too early though? I so thought the spotting I had a week ago was an implantation bleed!

Oh well, it's not over until the witch arrives!

Sorry mrsc .... I know I was thinking that when I took one last month ... It's like the " not pregnant" is laughing and saying it smirking at you 😡

I'll have fx , toes, arms everything crossed! Might be a hiding little ball of cells

You can definitely eat normal yoghurt from the shops - not sure about Yoghurtland - I haven't checked it out yet. Wobbler might know more. It depends on how it is made, handled and supplied to the public (ie. machinery)
