No one to stay with me at the moment. I will try and get out to the park.

Did anyone else feel they couldn't be without DH?

Yes. You are not at all alone in feeling that way. I felt like the only time I could feel ok was when DH was around. Like i couldnt cope without him. My DH had to go overseas for 3 weeks for work about 1.5 weeks after our miscarriage and I was a mess when he left. I am normally very self-sufficient and found it very scary to feel that way. A lot of people reassured me that they went through the same feelings as I did though, and it helped to know that I wasn't alone in feeling that way.

When I lost my last, I was in a regional hospital for 24 hours 60km away. DH had the kids so basically dropped me off, then come and got me the next day. I cried continuously for that 24 hours and just wanted my DH with me So I think it's perfectly normal to want him to be there, and not to want to be alone.

It's so difficult to lose our babies.

Both times I felt like I couldn't breathe if DH wasn't with me, we were lucky our family lives in the same town so they had the children for the night. I thought it was just because we always cling to each other when times are tough

I'm finding it really hard without DH today. My toddler is unwell so I can't go anywhere. So I'm stuck at home with my thoughts! 😞 Urgh!

I'm trying to keep busy by cleaning the house but my heart won't stop aching! 💔

I was supposed to have my 12 week scan today. Did anyone else find days like this incredibly hard? :-(

Yep I completely understand. I keep thinking how many weeks I would have been & that I would have had my 20 week scan etc. I imagine what it would have been like announcing it to everyone. Its so hard ur not alone! Hope ur doing ok
