    I just watched that episode last night, it was so frustrating seeing her just lying there!! She should have at least been upright or better yet walking around. They seem very quick to intervene.

    It frustrated me to no end!!!! Well she had an epidural in, so that wasn't going to happen. At least that midwife she got in the middle was freaking awesome!!!

    and that couple who's husband was a doctor!!! Your a freaking allergist!! Let the people trained in obstetrics do there job!!!

    You guys should watch the movie rikki lake helped make about birth in the USA, their reality is pretty much intervention plus, just like this tv show. So sad

    I've seen that movie - I think its called 'the business of being born'. It was very interesting.

    Makes me very grateful for the care I received when having DD! If I was in the US I would have had a CS for sure.

    Thanks for the doco title, I watched it tonight. Very interesting and absolutely loved it. The USA is one messed up country when it comes to all aspects of health care.

    I think it's on later in the week - either Thursday or Friday night. I remember watching it just after AF arrived last week and DH telling me that I shouldn't be watching it in the mood I was in.
