Default I feel so gross. stupid vent

I was looking thru some photos tonight and saw some of me pre-baby.. and I felt like crying. seriously. I am about 20kg's less. (ok, I was totally underweight for my height and very thin, but I liked being thin like this.). Even tho I have had 3 kids in 4 years and am in a healthy weight range, I just hate my figure. I feel GROSS. flabby belly, caeserian scar, gross legs. AARGH.

Me too.. I was overweight before but I feel worse now I don't know why?

I'm on a health mission now for my baby as I have led a horrible lifestyle for so long! I want to be a positive role model

I hear ya. I weigh less than pre kids but I feel so disgusting with this hideous belly I've been left with. I feel gross and try to disguise it all the time. Pregnancy ruined my already dodgy body.

Are you saying you weigh less now, or you weighed less then? I keep reading your post trying to figure out which one it is but I am tired, that's my excuse and I'm sticking with it!

3 kids in 4 years is a huge effort, your weight can come off, you can work out and get in shape. Look at some recent pictures and look at those little faces... isnt it all worth it!

You certainly aren't alone I hate seeing photos of myself now. I've had 4 kids in 5 years and 30+kgs over my starting weight. What's worse is you feel like you're getting somewhere by exercising or getting your hair done etc but then a child gets sick and there's no time for upkeep

Definately not alone. I hated my body before I was pregnant and I hate it even more now. Got this flabby tummy left, yet I not weigh 5kgs more than I did before.

Also doesn't help that I recently got told I looked pregnant.

What helps me feel better is I focus on something I do like about my body. Like at the moment my breastfeeding boobs. Draws the attention away from my tummy.

Not sure what I will do when I have weaned DS and I'm left with saggy deflated balloons though.

Yep, feel the same. I'm in a perfectly healthy weight range for my height, but looking back at photos of pre-babies I was so slim and fit. I have always been unhappy with my body - I just wish I appreciated what I had back then! I'm about 6kg from pre-babies weight, but I think my shape has changed. I tried to try on my fav sz 8 jeans the other day and could barely get them over my hips
