Default Do you think it is ok for a teacher to ....

I would love to hear what other parents think and what they would do if it was their child. I especially love to hear what other teachers think.

Is it ok for a teacher to do

    * screw up a gr8's work and throw it at him/her for forgetting to put their name on it.

    * Tell a child not to tell their parent about things that happen in the classroom

    * To tell a child that their parent has no right to pull them from a class.

These things haven't happen to my child but to a child I know.

Wow... I would be putting in complaint after complaint until that teacher was severely repremanded.

    No, no and no.
The principal and board of education should be informed of this teachers actions. That's appalling. Particularly the "Don't tell your parents what happens in the classroom." That sounds... Kind of predatory.. *Shudder*
