I have been using OPK's, checking temp and still no signs of ovulation

Does anyone know if there are any other causes of a long cycle apart from pcos? I've had a heap of ultrasounds and blood tests so I know I don't have pcos as all my tests come back fine. Wish I knew what caused longer cycles.

Are there any other options apart from Vitex or clomid to help regulate the cycle?

Feels like TTC is taking forever again, if I had a normal cycle i'd be finding out in a few days if I was pregnant, but instead I haven't even ovulated this cycle

I think Maca powder worked for me. I took it for a few months and only had 36 day cycles while I was taking it.

I'm sorry to hear about your m/c
I've always had longer cycles 35-40 days and ovulate after day 20. I've never had a problem falling pregnant and have 4 young daughters to prove. Good luck with the TTC hope you're blessed with a healthy baby very soon.

After DD2 was born my cycles never went back to normal. They stayed irregular and long. I conceived DD3 during a cycle when I ovulated around day 30 (guesstimate here as I wasn't charting). DD3 was conceived when AF should have arrived!

I also have long cycles, and conceived DS on cycle 2 with help of opk. Now trying or number 2 and getting so impatient over the long wait 😫 i'm CD 28 now, and think that have just ovulated

Tel me about it starfish! I think i ovulated on day 23, the two week wait is bad enough but waiting the extra week to ovulate makes it feel SO much longer! Feels like all I am doing is waiting!

My cycles were exactly the same as yours and yes it is stressful!! I went by the temps and egg white mucous and once I saw that used an opk. I ttc for 3 of those cycles and fell on the 4th. She is now 13 months and very healthy and clever. She walked at 8.5 months. So that wasn't a bad egg 😉. I hope it happens for you soon!
