Default How often do you go to the dentist?

I'm off to the dentist today. I haven't been in...um....a while...

I know they recommend every 6 months (oops!) but how often do you really go??

Last time was about 2 years ago, I think

Things are improving though so that will change.

The kids go once a year though.

When my teeth hurt! But I know I should go every year. I'm going soon for a clean and polish and then I won't be so embarrassed to go.

I go at least every 6 months. I always need a filling at least 1 a year and it's too hard if i only go every few years

I was lucky to go once every 5 years. I have a fear of going to the dentist and really bad tooth sensitivity. I recently found a fabulous dentist though who has said once a year is sufficient.

Being compleely honest last year I went to have a tooth pulled but before that the last time I seen a dentist I was 13 so a good 7 years between visits ..... sad I know but its flippen expensive! And the only reason I went last yar was because the pain from that tooth was unbearable like refuse to eat unbearable
