I don't envy you, having to wait all day to go in. I hope DPs X-ray goes ok and he is ok to stick with steroid needles for a bit longer. Yay for your mum being at the airport

I had a headache that hung around for more than a week. That's when she suggested the coffee and coke. I found while I was drinking the coffee, my head felt better.

Has anyone suffered from backpain quite early on? I find it difficult to walk for long these days I get quite a sore back in my lower back. Does anyone have any advice on how to make it better? I use heat packs and they give me short term relief but not for long....
