Squiggs glad it's only a uti and nothing more serious. Surely dr needn't have worried you like that though

Rainbow I only experienced the fullness feeling in the past month. I don't envy the heartburn either. Hope you have something that relieves it

Loony lea hope ds is feeling better soon. Good luck on deciding on a name too

Lil petal I hear you with being a mix of nerves and excitement. I wish I knew when it was going to happen! I don't like the not knowing and not being in control! I hope you enjoyed your peaceful afternoon with your DH

Toni I'm glad you went to the hospital to get checked over considering you had high bp and headache. I guess you just monitor it at home and go back if it escalates. Hope you are comfortable. Good idea to get car seat in!

MCB good looking bump for 14w

Mrs La well done on the purchases, love a bargain

FTM glad to hear you are doing ok. Valentina is a cutey

Afm I'm feeling better today. Still rather slow moving around and needing to sit frequently but not as sore. I madly cleaned bathroom and pantry today. Having some braxton hicks tonight and my tummy feels so tight like it couldn't possibly stretch anymore! Quiet satnight at home eating curry and watching Wentworth eps with DH.

Thanks all for your well wishes. Yes I monitor at home, if I have increase in headache pain, tummy pain or anything else that concerns me I have to go back but I have a feeling if I go back they will induce me regardless of my mum arriving on Wednesday so I hope things stay pretty calm.

    Michelle: Great bump

Loony: Glad your son is feeling a bit better and that your DH is helpful around the house.

FTM: Vale is so cute! Yay for 4hrs of sleep

MrsLA: Multiquote isn't working for me either, you got some great bargains. I love those blankets, I was given one at my babyshower

Rainbow: Sounds like a nice evening I hope you are feeling better too.

Maybee Baybee: Don't overdo it with the cleaning. Hope your bub arrives soon and you can start to feel better. Wonder if you will have yours before me.

Dream Girl: How are you going?

    Hi all.
Quick post! I can't keep up. I also am not part of a Facebook group or any other regular thread really. I love it here with you ladies!

I can't keep up with all the posts In here as it is can't imagine how fast moving Facebook is! ;-)

Ftm glad vale is settling into a routine and you got 4 hours sleep

    Lilsmurfy and mcb cute bumps.

The girls that follow Facebook any news on dreamgirl? Dreamgirl sending you massive hugs. Another friend IRL had her bubs at 36 weeks this week and they are doing great. Fingers crossed you are laboring now and bubs will be ok.

Lil petal- after my experience I am sure I will be like you and feel apprehensive next time around. I hope everything goes smoothly, the main objective is a healthy bub and mum, I'm sure the fill in ob will make sure that happens.

Loony sounds like you have had a bit going on. Hope you are able to relax tonight

Toni if you get any more symptoms make sure you get yourself back to hospital. Rest up and take care.

Lilsmurfy I'm still amazed at how well you reply to everyone. :-)

Maybe I didn't make it beyond 39 weeks so don't know how you feel but just try to relax and rest as best you can and hopefully bubs will arrive

Squiggs glad it was only a uti that would have been so scary.

    Greentea how are you going?

Missx I think it was ur scan that was up - very nice!

MsLA wave can't be long till your next scan can it? I hope you didn't just tell us.

Bond how are you going? Are you finished work yet?

Okay on my phone that's all I can remember. Wave to everyone else

Afm We are settling into being new parents. Our little man feeds well, I have had some trouble with engorgement and a quick let down so have been learning how to sort these things out.

Does anyone know about mcn and nappy rash creams. Little man got terrible nappy rash early on so we haven't swapped to mcn I am desperate too but don't know how to manage the rash and it. He has to have a special cream called dermeeze as zinc based creams weren't helping. I have all this Moogoo waiting and can't use it. Any advice is appreciated. I wasn't sure if liners would help? If no one knows I might ring the mcn company on Monday and ask.

Okay best rest as I have a sleeping baby, well for now.

Thanks for asking about us. We're doing good today. Had a crappy day yesterday as she had a sore tummy but much better today and DH let me sleep this morning so I got 4 straight hours! Woohoo!! Feel brand new ... almost
DH went back to work this week so it was my first week alone. Except for some hairy days, we did ok.

We went out shopping yesterday so here's my little girl in her pram.

Omg, she's so gorgeous. That's good that you survived your first week without DH. Yay for 4 hours straight

    Rainbow, how exciting
That is how DH and I got married. It was our engagement party and about 1and a half hours into the party I snuck out the back to get changed, my Dad stood up with the microphone and said "Thank you everyone for coming to MrsLA and MrLA's engagement party, Now could you please go out into the garden for their wedding"
Then I still got to walk down the aisle in a white dress with my Dad on my arm
Surprised the S**t out of everyone, only our parents and siblings knew, and everyone still says it was the best wedding they had ever been to.

Sage, I dont know anythigna bout MCN's and nappy rash, but I have use a lot of nappy rash creams in my time working in childcare and I think sudocreme is the best for most children. I hope it clears up a bit soon.

Fx and thinking of you Toni.

Mabee, your Saturday night sounds just lovely

Sage, I have heard people say that cloth wipes can help with nappy rash as you're putting less chemicals on bub. Also with MCNs, you have to be careful with what creams you use as they can stick to the nappies and affect absorbency. Cornflour is supposed to be good.

Michelle, great bargains you got. That's also great that you're happy with your bassinet

Rainbow, I went to an engagement party like that, but the invitation said formalities start at 2, so we were all a bit suss. I think the brides mum was the only one that didn't know.

So far no news from dream girl. Contractions started but then fizzled out.

ToniS - sorry to hear about your day. I hope you find time to rest before your induction.

    MCB - cute bump!

FTM - I think I will miss my bump too. Beautiful photo of Vale!

MrsLA - awesome buys! My DD has that Tupperware toy, it's one of her favourites.

Rainbow - what an awesome party. I would love to go to something like that. Mrs LA your wedding sounds like it was beautiful!

AFM - had a lovely afternoon with DH just hanging out. I kinda see it as a positive of having kids that when we get time alone now we really appreciate it and don't take it for granted.
