Yeah I thought about that, but I'll only be 3 hrs from Sydney and close to a hospital anyway so it should be okay

We should be able to get some nice maternity pics on the beach too.

Depends on DPs work, we may only go for a week. We are staying with my folks so no cost for us!

MCB that is so scary, I'm so glad her injuries weren't more serious as that sort of accident could have been fatal. I hate drink drivers grrr

Omg MCB! There is nothing as scary! I hope for a swift recovery for your mum.

Thanks all for the nice words, you guys are the best gotta love my dr and his warped sense of humor though, we talked for about 20 minutes about the pros and cons of antibiotics (clearly I need them!) then as I am walking out into the waiting room he goes "all the best, here is hoping you don't get thrush!" Charming lol

Maybee - thanks hun! That's how I kept MS at bay last time. Eating all the time. That way I only felt hungover. Those owls are cute! Hope the next 2 weeks goes by quickly.

MissX - wow! You guys sure did get a lot done! Must be a great feeling. 4D ultrasound, how exciting!

Bond Girl - hope you feel better soon. How good is family day care?

Toni - I know how you feel about rolling over. My DH would always laugh when I tried to roll over with DD and say, "Uh oh, there goes the titanic!" He even now asks me if I'm ok if I get up to pee. I tell him, if anything had gone wrong in there, he'd have known about it! It is sweet though. So exciting about next week! I was induced with my first one. Took me about 4 hours to go into proper labour so hopefully your Mom gets there in time.

Pony - hopefully your UTI goes quickly, those things are terrible. Hopefully the spotting is nothing. I've been spotting a bit too. But mostly after DTD so I'm assuming that's it.

Rainbow - congrats on the bassinet! Ebay was my best friend when buying for DD. It got pretty addicting! Yay for your finish date!

MrsLA - glad you had a great weekend. Almost 12 weeks already. Wow, time has flown!

Channy - glad you're feeling well but sicky, hopefully that means bubs is nice and snug!

MCB - I hope your Mom is ok!! Towing and going 100km.hr - what a lunatic! What happened to your back? Baby sitting on your sciatic?

AFM - told work today I'm pregnant. I have to as there are certain duties I can't perform and they were so excited!! Especially my boss which is nice. We've had to move our Christmas trip home to early Dec and come back the 30th. So I'm hoping I don't have this baby in the States but we can't cancel. I offered to come back and work some short shifts as that's a really busy time at work. But he said, "it's hot and you'll be uncomfortable, over my dead body you'll come back!" Which was really sweet. So I officially go on maternity leave 2 months before my due date. Finally got into the GP on Thursday morning. So things are finally getting moving. Hoping I can see bubs on ultrasound soon. Maybe I can talk the GP into one.......

Pony, your doctor sounds funny, and fingers crossed you don't get thrush.

We thought about going to Melbourne for the long weekend, but I was a bit worried that bub would decide to come early. I wasn't worried about hospitals, but i wasn't keen on a long stay in Melbourne if she was born premmie while we were away. So no trip to Melbourne, and thankfully bub hasn't decided to arrive yet.

    Hey ladies,
So bub wasn't cooperating today and couldn't get any clear photos. Was hiding behind my placenta and bubs head was nestled up in my hip!
Did get to see the nose, lips and an ear - all very cute and plump! But seems to be a hand sucker.
So I have 48 hours to move bub to a better position - stubborn little monkey!

MissX, that's a shame bub wasn't cooperative. Hopefully the next scan will be better
