rainbow thats good that you got a washing machine, we need to get a dryer.

Squiggs, congrats. I will add you to the list

Loony great story about your kids, they are funny.

I've woken up with DP 's cold today, boo! Last night in bed I was laying on my left side watching tv and was suddenly very uncomfortable. I rolled onto my back and had a huge hard baby lump where I was laying, I even got DP to feel it, no wonder I was uncomfortable hahaha

    Hi ladies,

Quick one from me as I am waiting to go back in for part two of my scan. Bub is perfect with a heartbeat of 169 and he/she kept looking at us and putting hands in their face! So cute!! Bub takes after me and is stubborn so couldn't get a head measurement so have to go back in 20 minutes.

i get the results tonight or tomorrow from GP and I will post pictures once I have them

    will come back for personals!

Glad scan is going well Michelle. Sometimes its nice when bub is stubborn, gives you longer to look at them whilst they try to get all the measurements hehe

    Yay MCB! Awesome

I just got a Doppler and found bub's heartbeat pretty quickly (was worried I wouldn't because of my placenta being anterior), 160bpm, whooshing around! Amazing

    Congrats and welcome Squiggs!

MCB - how awesome, glad it is going well. Bub was like that, so my scan went for an hour and loved that I got to see bub for such a long time

I weighed myself this morning, seems I have put on 6 kilos Really need to work out what is common at this amount of weeks. Since posting my picture here and on facebook, plus seeing ladies at pilates who are the same weeks or just a little further along, I am feeling way too big. I am not a 'big' person, so I am worried I am starting to pack on too much weight, although, it is all belly. My face is still the same and my arms seem normal....so I am not sure what is going on. Going to try and spend a week with no bread...I normally have a sandwich for lunch everyday and don't eat a lot of lollies or chocolate, so will try and eliminate all this week.
    The joys of pregnancy!

MCB, cute pic. It's so nice sitting and watching bub.

Rainbow, yay for doppler and finding the heartbeat.

MissX, how far along are you? I wouldn't worry about the weight gain, doesn't sound excessive to me. I've gained 13kgs at 32 weeks(and my belly isn't huge) which I'm not thrilled about, but I've had an easy pregnancy, so if that's all I've got to worry about, so be it. My ob said we are aiming to keep my gain under 20kgs. I've lost 25 in the past and kept it off, so I know I can do it again.

    Michelle cute pics.

Rainbow yay for the doppler and finding the heartbeat.

MissX I wouldn't worry about 6kg. I think normal is considered between 12 and 15kg so you are certainly not gaining excessively.
