Default EXTREMELY fussy 13 month old - HELP!

Just after anyone that has been through the same thing and has some advice or suggestions... My 13 month old DS2 has never been a good eater, he just does not seem interested in solids. It has always been a battle to get him to eat ever since he started at 5 1/2 months but over the last month he is getting worse (if that's possible). We have been to a dietician and a paediatrician as his weight gain is now a concern but was hoping to find any other mums who have been through this also and if there baby eventually changed or what they have tried. The only thing we seem to be able to get him to eat these days is a cruskit with peanut butter and sausage. I still breastfeed early morning and before bed. He refuses cows milk and yoghurt is becoming hit and miss too. Has anyone else experienced this and what did they do?

My boy is so fussy too. It's really frustrating. I have found with he doesn't like the same thing everyday so I buy (he won't eat home made) purees in all different flavors and mix it up with finger foods every meal. Toast one morning, baby cereal the next etc. He also likes to eat off my plate so I will make myself something he can eat for lunch and just make extra for him eg toasted chesse sandwiches, fried rice. Then I sit in front of tv and he comes and helps himself.
Hope you find something that works

Thanks - its always reassuring just to hear others are in the same boat. My son would not touch baked beans so I am already envious. I am giving him an oral multivitamin recommended by the paed....

A multivitamin? Serious!! I'm shocked at this. Editing wasn't to sound rude just shocked dr recommended that as your BFing.

We give iron supplement as H won't eat apparently that should increase them wanting food waiting for that to happen. He eats Apple, yoghurt, Vegemite on only two brands of bread!! Grapes and blueberries.. He doesn't like anything else lol!!
