    Braised lamb shanks. Have only cooked this once, shanks are too expensive! Still yummy though

    Pressure roasted potatoes. I had too much liquid when I did these the first time. Reducing it the next time worked better. They didn't come out very crisp, but the flavour was delicious!

    Potato and pea curry. DP didn't like this because there was no meat, but I thought it was so tasty!
