I've got a filling about to come out of the same tooth. I suspect I will just have it removed.

Can I just say - "boganinity" - love!

it would depend on how the missing tooth made me feel, and whether or not we could afford the cost. If it was a main tooth (ie visible)....definitely. But it would probably come down to cost in the end. If I was considering it, I'd definitely get a few quotes.

I probably wouldn't. Considering its not an obvious front tooth.

My husband lost one of his front teeth in a similar eating incident, he wears a plate and we're saving for an implant.. But we're almost having a baby (6 weeks to go) amongst other saving goals so the implant isn't the highest priority.

Depends what your comfortable with. He hates the plate.. But it's Alot of money to fork out!

If it wasn't noticeable and didn't affect me then no I wouldn't replace it

I didn't replace my rear tooth that fell out, but am currently saving for my other noticeable tooth that fell out!! I was quoted $2600 for mine through a friends work. My pregnancy with DD messed my teeth up big time! Had to have 3 removed!!

Looking forward to open mouthed smiles again one day soon when ol' chomper is back in place!
