    No just buy the organic chia seeds in the health food shop or dept at the supermarket - add them to salads and eggs too !

    I like chia in my porridge too.

    Definitely go to a health food store and check out different brands - blackmores on the whole have pretty small amounts of all their vitamins/minerals in them compared to other brands. Just take care not to get one with added vitamin A (vitamin to avoid when preg).
