Default Breast milk for blocked nose?

Can any one tell me how to use breast milk to clear my 3 week old's blocked nose?

Just try and get a few drops in there - either do some acrobatics and squirt some straight in or express a bit and use a dropper/syringe

How good is your aim? I find its easier than using saline because I can be feeding baby, pop her off the boob and then express directly into her nostril and she doesn't get upset, it's not like I came at her with some strange plastic bottle.

If you can't hand express straight into baby's nose though express a little into a cup and use a dropper/syringe.

Though katelyn liked fess spray.... Like really seems to enjoy it. Holds still and then waits for the next one while staring at me in awe and wonder.
