    Hi everyone...

Mu hubby and I have been ttc for over 3 years and finally fell preg in Oct....our lil unfortunately passed away last weekend. I was 9wks 3days, but lil bubble has been passed since 7wks 4 days. I am devastated. The experience was horrible. I am still recovering physically and emotionally from it all. I did not have a d&c so I did it myself at home. I am still very up in the air of ttc again, the thought of goin thru another m/c terrifies me, but i want a baby with my hubby so bad (we have a 7yr old, hubby is step-dad). After so long of trying and finally getting what we wanted so bad and having it teared away from us was soooooo hard. I know this happens to lots of ppl and i prob bein dramatic, but it has affected me so badly. I dont know what to do now......sorry to everyone for their losses, hope ur sticky bub comes soon

Hi Tegz. It's always heartbreaking welcoming new women to this site, knowing what you are / or have been going through.
Also .. If u want to connect with other women who are going through mc recovery like you.. There is also a miscarriage support group.
I am there with another few women who have mc recently, and are going through both the physical and emotional recovery now.. It helps to talk with others in the same boat, and know that what you are experiencing although different for everyone.. Is not unusual..
When you are ready to make the decision to wether to try again, then this would be a good site.
As you can see I have connected here.. But like you, am still struggling with the decision of wether to try again or not..
For the moment, we need to concentrate in our bodies healing, and coming to terms with the loss of a baby..
Pop over to the support site, and you can read about others in your position.

    Hi ladies,
just wondering do you really need to wait one cycle after D&C to TTC after miscarriage? I had a suction D&C a couple weeks ago, and although I'm still showing positive for HCG when POAS, I feel fine now.
    Thanks in advance😀

I've been told a few things. One is that they like to make sure all is back to normal and no tissue has been left that could harm a future pregnancy and the only other one is that sometimes they like the lining to have a few months to get thicker again. I think we only ever waited the one cycle though and there are plenty of women on here who have tried straight away and have been fine too. The flip side is that they say that you're likely to be also quite fertile at this stage too if all is well. Will your gp let you go for an u/s - that would give you a better answer.

    Hi Everyone,
I'm new to this thread. Just started TTC again this month after my miscarriage at the end of November. I saw my Endo specialist and he said as long as I was fine it was ok to TTC again after I had a period, so here we are.

Definetly trying not to get excited this time around and I'm really hoping I don't feel as awful as I did last time either. I felt sick and dizzy from about a week after conception. for a healthy BFP this time

Thanks LT, I'm going to see my GP next wk so will see what he says. I'm so impatient and just want to try again now! I've read mixed reports that some doctors just want you to have a cycle so they can date it correctly.

Just had my MS at 7 weeks just before Christmas. As mine was natural my FS said we should wait ideally until after AF arrives, however their was nothing wrong with TTC straight after if we felt up to it. Only that it may be harder too pinpoint when I will ovulate and dating possibly dating if we get lucky.

    Fingers crossed for everyone.

    Hi ladies
how's everyone going? I'm nervously returning to BH after my MMC a month ago now. Time has moved so slowly in some ways, but we're hoping to start TTC again as soon as we get the all clear from the OB next wk.
fx for a speedy sticky BFP v soon for everyone
