    I went gluten free last year as a naturopath told me I was then fell pregnant by mistake! I wasn't trying to get pregnant at the time but the changes in your body are amazing!!!

    I got a bit slack eating naughty while preg now I'm trying to get back to eating healthy & wf & gf.

    Gf is quite difficult isn't it. We had thai last night and i didn't know what to order, i was getting rather stressed

    Wow monnie. I have always been underweight and wondering if I had something like ibs or celiac. There are shops apparently where you can buy gluten free stuff. I seem to be managing ok so far. I need to make some muffins or something else sweet tho. Take away yes will be a problem. Maybe I will make burgers with gf buns.

    Kazza there is a online shop similar to lite and easymeals.net.au I've never tried it but its gluten free and apparently cheaper than lite n easy x

    Lots of places offer gluten free now! When I'm out I get cold rolls or something like that

    Pad thai is supposed to be gluten free, but make sure you ask when you order just in case they do it differently. Also the salads are usually.

    I don't have coeliac disease but I fell pregnant approximately 6 weeks after going gluten free. We had been trying for 10 months and my naturopath told me to cut out gluten and voila! BFP
