    We found ours on realestate.com.au too. If nothing comes up their may not be anything in the area you are looking.

    Google NRAS and your state to get more information.

    I've found some by searching realestate.com.au. I don't think there are a great deal within the area though. There are units opposite coles at Edgeworth that are NRAS but when they were advertises they were after young professional couples. So I would say they probably wouldn't approve someone with children.
    Compass deals with NRAS within the Newcastle area/ potentially the rest of the Hunter Valley... I looked into it all a while ago so I'm a bit sketchy on all the details but if you want to look it up, compass is probably a good place to start.

    The houses need to be new (under 10 yrs) for this scheme...so if you are in an older, already developed area you may not find any.
