    Default Microwave Meals safe?

    Are microwave meals safe to eat during pregnancy, im talking like weight watchers ones etc low in fat . Soooooo confused by what i can and can not eat, i looooooove fish as well but way too scared to even touch it now also.

    I don't know for sure and I'm not an expert, but I would say yes, as long as they don't contain any of the foods you normally avoid during pregnancy. If you are talking frozen meals, I would recommend popping them out of the plastic and into a bowl before cooking so you don't get any chemicals leaching into the food, and, of course, eating them with a big salad!

    I've eaten them for work lunches throughout this pregnancy. I'm currently 33 weeks. Cooking kills listeria, so I've just made sure they're cooked really well in the microwave before eating.

    I have had the odd one. As far as fish I am eating it just not raw of course . My first pregnancy I was addicted to cooked tuna hand rolls at sushi sushi ( naughty i know) but didnt have any issues. Just do what makes you comfortable, I get someeye rolling for foods i choose not to eat while pregnant but my piece of mind is more important than anything

    Yes so long as they are piping hot. As for fish I know snapper is ok.
