I make up this recipe into mini muffins and freeze them. http://www.bestrecipes.com.au/recipe...oaf-L6469.html Note: I totally omit the sugar and add a couple of table spoons of honey. You can have it without honey though. I also mix up the dates ratio and have added half dates/half cranberries. Last time I made them I mixed through half a finely grated carrot and half a finely grated zucchini which you couldn't taste at all (I think I added an extra egg). I also add mixed spice or cinnamon. Best thing is if DD doesn't like them, you probably will, so they wont go to waste. Sorry for the no paragraphs, new laptop, now my enter key doesn't work.

Annabel Karmel has some really yummy recipes in her books. I often end up making some of her recipes for DH and I (add some sweet chili to her fish cakes and you've got a yummy grown up meal)!

Mini quiches are great, mini muffins, rissoles, Muskie bars home made, fruit cut into shapes, shaped sandwiches.

Almost forgot my little ones favourite - ricotta pikelets.

I was asking a very similar question today! These are two websites I've really liked so far.
