Default Sleep tips for 2 year old

Ok miss DD nearly 2 has decided if late thy she can run on next to no sleep. I'm exhausted and up until lately she has been a perfect sleeper, any suggestions? Tips? Tricks?

At present we have dinner , brush teeth, kids have a bath, chest rub put on, lavender lotion put on, dressed, story each, DS we put rain on on a little stereo quietly (have done so since he was little) DD we put moon shadow by cat Stevens on quietly also have done so since she was little. DS is out like a light but miss DD is just flat out not tired til after midnight eventually I can 3 or 4 hours out of her
Se flat out refuses a day nap also

    Help?!?!

    Tired exhausted frustrated mum

DD 21mo is going through a crappy night sleep phase. She goes to bed fine but wakes 3+ times a night and can take up to 2hrs to get her back in her bed.

She was a brilliant sleeper before!

Is it possible someone can lay with her until she falls asleep? My DD2 is a livewire 3 year old who has not had day naps since before she turned 2. On the days she is completely wacko, DH or I will lay with her for 15 minutes and just being "forced" (for want of a better word...) to lay still because there's no room to move around, means she falls asleep pretty quickly. Otherwise she's up until all hours.

There is an 18mth sleep regression - Dr sears talks about it. Maybe your bubba is getting it now?
