Ive had mine for 4 or 5 years I reckon so I lost my mojo for awhile about a year ago but shame on me how could I stray from my little friend.

Of course soups and risotto just in time for winter.
Love the ricotta gnocchi yummm and not heavy at all.
Back to pizza dough I make spelt pizza dough and freeze it so when we feel like pizza its only a moment away.
