Hi girls. I have been reading this thread for a while but haven't posted as yet. I too have high NKC's and an autoimmune disease and am currently in my tww for my 4th stim cycle, 9th transfer. It was my Chinese Doctor that advised me to change FS because I'd heard of the bondi protocol and my FS didn't believe in it so wouldn't help me out. A few of my Chinese doctors patients had been in the same boat and had been to see (I'm in Melbourne) dr Nick Lolagtis at Monash Clayton so I thought I would try him too. So far I have found him to be awesome and am hoping this is the one.
Sootymay - Dr Nick does intralipids in Melbourne, it's part of his protocol.
I'm so excited for those of you that have achieved your bfp's and for those of us that haven't yet, at least there is hope with these immune treatments.
I have a 15 year old son that I conceived naturally with no problems but my autoimmune disease was not active until after I gave birth to him.
Glad I found this thread like the rest of you and look forward to hearing about many more bfp's xx

Hi Meags, welcome and hopefully it will be a short happy successful stay for you here! :-)
I heard good things about dr Nick. And I'll see him end of October. Many of us are in contact with Dr. Matthias Galam from Sydney. He does also phone consultations. He was trained by Allan beer who wrote the book "is your body baby friendly".
there are many here, with years of unsuccessful IVF treatments and now first time pregnancy after dr. M's immune treatment.

it looks very hopeful for us girls now

Anyway, I wish you a quick 2ww and hopefully you'll be the next with a BIG FAT POSITIVE
    Lots of

Fantastic news Simpson so happy for you.
I have an appointment with my FS in two weeks and I'll talk to him then and ask him about what tests he can run on me but I'm still not that clear what I should be asking for so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
If he is not keen on it I'll be giving Dr M a call as I don't want to waste too much time but I'm kind of happy having a break from pregnancy at the moment too.
Thanks ladies for the thread you've really given me hope for the future

Thank you for answering my questions earlier on in the month when I was searching for answers. It made me very suspicious about being ANA+ as it was the only thing that seemed to fit. Saw specialist Friday and it was what came back positive from my bloods. Starting on clexane as soon as we can get a BFP - just need my body to let them have enough contact to let me know they are there!

    Hi Meagsbergs,

I'm a Dr Nick / Dr M success story. Switched to Monash after years at MIVF, best decision as we got pregnant naturally waiting for our first cycle with a $10 bottle of dexamethasone!!

Got a fridge full of meds which I don't know what to do with. But since our BFP we have been on full scale immune treatment (Dr M's is stronger than Dr L's but Dr L is ok for me to work to a hybrid of both and knows I have had all the Chicago blood testing and the LIT treatment in Sydney).

Feel free to PM me if you have any questions, lots of luck and
