Sandy I am very sorry for your losses but hopefully your pregnancy will settle down now after the bleed and what a relief seeing the heartbeat again. My beta result was good 12,700 and I am just so so relieved. I was dreading finding out that I might be losing another one and somehow now I feel so much better about making the choice not to fly home to the funeral in Ireland last week. This is my 8th pregnancy and by far the one with the least symptoms so as Timetoshine already said the steroids do an amazing job of reducing and masking symptoms. I definetely think there must be sonething in the intralipds too as generally my betas have always started to fall at this time. I know my next step is a scan but its something I am in no hurry to do and may wait another week or so, its the fear of being told there's no heartbeat and come back in a week! Thank you for the lovely welcome

Yay for a great beta nidhulaine!!! Fully understand your hesitation to go to the scan, that is our scariest time too after 3 blighted ovum, that empty sack on the screen is the worst feeling. Fingers crossed this is a sticky one for you and you see a beautiful heartbeat when you do go, all looking good so far! Xx

Congratulaions Nidhullaine - that's a fantastic result!!!!only good things to come. I have no symptoms either and in the past I have but don't know if this has anything to do with the pred or just one of those things. Crofty -fs didn't really say how long to rest - I see him next Monday for another scan so hopefully good news then. I am still spotting at the moment but at least its brown blood now. B123 are you past the 12 week mark now? Hope everyone else is well in where they are in this journey x

Sandy hope your going well and the bleeding has stopped. How far along are you? I have also been up on the progesterone as my had fallen. I asked Gynwneth what was normal but she just told me everyone was different but the idea was not to let it keep falling. How often do you ladies do the intralipids?
Still not feeling very pregnant! and I think the Drs at my local medical centre are probably going to think I am nuts when I go for another beta on Tuesday.
Lissyloulou I don't get headaches pregnant but before my period and although drugs never work I have definitely gotten relief from acupuncture. Have a nice weekend

I had intralipids at 4, 8 and 12 weeks (this weekend) and then dr m said he would do blood tests to see if I need more. Seems to be a different schedule for everyone though. With the betas, I asked my gp for all the blood test forms at once and he printed me off enough for 6 weekly tests but I only ended up going until I was 8 weeks as dr m said that was enough. I had the results sent to dr m as well. Saved me going to the gp every week

Lissy glad to hear from you and that all is well with bubs. Sorry to hear about your headaches sounds awful
Nidhulaine I am 8 weeks today. I still don't feel in the slightest pregnant either. I am still spotting each day but no further fresh bleeds at this stage fingers crossed. I had a scan yesterday and other than the spotting/bleeding fs said the scan ticked the boxes. Heart beat was 160 fs told me to stop driving myself crazy with Google so am going to work on that this week. Hope all continues to go well for you sounds positive x

I am not sure with intralipid as my fs doesn't believe in having any more but I'm going to go with what Dr m suggests if possible. I had one at 4 weeks and 7 weeks but I only had the 7 week one because ib had the bleed and I don't know the plan yet in terms of more. Hopefully geen can give you some answer
