The intralipid should be given 7-10 days before transfer if you are doing IVF
Dont know how it works if you are trying at home or doing IUI.

What drugs were you on last time?

    Best of luck to you!!!

My mother is always calling me and complaining that we dont write as much on this page. The first thing she does every day is to look here
She just loves seeing the positve results come in!

My 2:and beta came in yesterday - 2255! So its doubleing every 36 hours
But i found out my white blood cell count is high! Should be 4-10 and im 15. I have read alot about it and because i dont feel sick and i dont have a fever then im sure its just the prednisolone doing it. Emailed my doctor just in case... So im waiting to hear back from her.

Is anybody in the 2ww? I know Hope06 is gona have a transfer soon! Best of luck to you .... Babydust

    Hello lovely ladies,

I've posted elsewhere but thought I might get some support in here.

    Sorry for intruding though!

I've just suffered my 4th miscarriage and all testing so far (I'm sure there is more that can be done though) had come back ok with the exception of positive ANA readings while or directly after my pregnancies.

Anyway, I've been seen at the recurrent miscarriage clinic at the Royal in Brisbane after my 3rd loss but the head Dr didn't seem to want to be very active in managing me and here I am with a 4th loss.

My question is, can anyone recommend a specialist in Brisbane to help and also any advise on what I should ask about as far as further testing?

    Thank you in advance

ETA I should add, I have a 6 yr old son (different father) and we have no trouble conceiving at all, just getting our bubs to stick. Last bub was tested and was given the all clear as far as chromosomes etc.

Hi onelove, sorry you find yourself here but you are most welcome to ask questions. The only result my fs could find was high ana too. Most of us on this thread see dr Matthias in Sydney. He also does phone consults for those who are further away. As far as I know he is the only doc in Australia to follow with reproductive immunology in the way it is treated in the us and uk. He was able to find numerous further issues in me including a blood clotting issue (mthfr) as well as endo and high cd 56 in my uterus. I have had 3mc and a chem. I am on my first cycle with his treatment and have had my bfp and so far levels are rising well, so good 🙏✨many of the girls have had similar success. I would definitely recommend seeing/speaking to him! It is so discouraging when the fs just keeps saying just bad luck, keep trying etc. there was only so much I could continue with before trying something else. Good luck! 😊

Oh and you probably won't need to ask much about testing, he looks at all your results so far and will add a heap more local tests and possibly some which are sent to the us. If you want to read more, google dr alan beer, or have a read of his book is my body baby friendly

    Hi timetoshine,

Thank you so much for your reply.

So if I contact Dr Matthias he would be able to treat me even though I'm in Brisbane? Is he very expensive?

I'm sorry to hear you've been through the same heartache has I have. I really hope you get your take home baby this time.

What medications/treatment has Dr Matthias put you on for this pregnancy?
