Not sure why that purple head smiley looks like that in above post on iphone... it's meant to be the laughing one (as in laughing at myself!)

So I officially belong in this thread! Have just seen dr m and he has diagnosed the following: very high ANA 1:1280, high level of cd56 in uterus, too low level of cd4 and 8, compound heterozygous mthfr. I also had a low level of cd57 which he wasn't concerned about. We are ttc naturally so have a different schedule with my meds than you ladies, but I will be on pred, clexane, progesterone and intralipids. I feel so relieved I went with my gut and booked in to see him. A big thanks to all of you as you have helped me so much by sharing your experiences on here xoxo

    We're pregnant!!!!!!!!
    Numbers are :
    Beta - 231
    Progesterone - 631.4
Next BT one week so next Friday as numbers are so good! But I am 18dpo as they had to wait for pregnyl to leave system, so not massive massive numbers like twins or anything I wouldn't think, but who the hell knows, we are happy with anything going on down there!!!
We are in shock....after 4 years of trying, on our 11th fertility cycle this is our first ever real pregnancy. My world is spinning!!!!!!!
Now to call Dr M to ask what to do re. meds and next intralipid.
Seriously after seeing so many ladies on this thread come on and fall pregnant after repeated failures and never a pregnancy (like me) I never thought we could be so fortunate and it would always be someone else not us. This is our 1st cycle with Dr M and Dr W, just unbelievable !!!! Doesn't it speak volumes for all this immune treatment we're all doing

That's great timetoshine (not that you have immune issues, but now you know what to do about them)...wow trying naturally with all those meds sounds great, hopefully you won't need further medical intervention (ie. ivf), but at least you know there are options if it doesn't happen naturally.
So when does your 1st cycle start, are you waiting on AF to arrive?
