OMG you girls are evil!! Ha ha I want to test so much but I think I'll leave my head in the clouds a bit longer, the maybe is better than the BFN...Even though it is the afternoon of 5dp5dt ..... Lissy - I usually am on here on my phone (so no sig) but added one just now before I read your post....I've got a little boy who we were so lucky to concieve 3rd month (we knew we were lucky at the time, but didn't realise just how lucky!) now it's been over 2 years trying so something's changed after having him.....

Seriously though yellow bird we are in a similar situation. I had one mc before dd but each pregnancy has been fairly easy to achieve. Now we have been trying for over a year for #2 and have had 2 mcs and a chem. I'm not sure why dd made it unless my immune has started or gotten worse since she was born. I am also only on 20 clexane and ATM 10 pred then up to 20 when I get bfp. The pharmacist also said that the 20 clexane could be cause I'm only little, 5 ft 3 and 55kg. It goes on weight as well as severity of problem.

LOL you girls are meant to be keeping me strong!! It's frustrating Timetoshine when it all worked OK before, it's mind baffling and everyone around you says just to 'relax, you know there isn't a problem'......But you know there is, I think it takes longer for docs to 'believe' you when you come in, I think they probably thought I was a bit precious or something and after 3 x great 5d embryos not taking then she started to get serious...Kinda like 'I told you so!'. I am about 60kg so maybe that's contributed to the lower dose too....whatever works I don't care!

It is so frustrating! My fs was concerned there was something wrong until nearly all the tests she did were negative. After that she just kept telling us to try again and it was just bad luck... Hence I went to see dr m and what do you know? I do have issues grrrrr

Wow, so much action happening on here again. Great to see.

Litefantastic - What an experience. Such a roller coaster of emotions for you. Congratulations on being Pupo. Sending you lots of baby dust during your tww

Flowers - Hope you are doing ok honey. I have been thinking of you. I didn't see Dr M for my procedure. My procedure was organised by my FS with a specialist gynaecologist as FS wanted to make sure that my endo was all clear before proceeding to cycle.

B123 - grow little embryos grow! I think the wait between EPU and transfer is the biggest roll.a coaster of emotions of all. All the best and sending you lots of good vibes for a successful 5 day transfer.

Sandy - I am pretty sure my clexane dose of 60mg is to do with NK cells and improving uterine blood flow. I don't have any clotting issues that have shown up in tests but it is interesting that both FS and Dr M prescribed it.

Lissy - so glad you found something that helps you sleep. So far I haven't had any problems on the dex but obviously the doses are much smaller. I am taking 2 x .5 prior to transfer, then 3 x .5 following transfer and then 4 x .5 on BFP. I think this is similar to Flowers dose.

Yellowbird - Good luck. Sending you lots of baby dust. You have got such great will power by not caving and POAS. I look forward to seeing how you go. I have secondary infertility too, there are a few of us on here now who have been lucky enough to have our first but then run into problems trying to have number 2. Fingers crossed you move into the UTD section soon

Timetoshine - good luck in your 2ww too. Sending you lots of baby dust as well and also hope you move over to the UTD section soon.

I am not sure the dose of clexane Dr M prescribes as part of his immune protocol has anything to do with weight (although I am sure for many other treatments it may) I am your exact height and only a couple of kgs heavier than you and I am on 60mgs, with no known clotting issues? It may be that he prescribes higher doses for people doing IVF, perhaps to counteract some of the natural processes that are lost along the way when doing IVF. I don't know really, just a guess??
