    Default Tummy Time

My son is two weeks old & I have been trying to get as much tummy time in as possible to get him using his legs & arms.

Today he rolled from his tummy to his back!

How much tummy time per day do you think a child should get as a minimum??

Little and often (like 10-20 times a day) which is what the CHN told me.

But DS hated it and so I did it maybe once or twice for about 10 secs a day. Unsurprisingly, he is fine!

Just do it when you remember and depending on how your baby tolerates it. It's nothing to really stress about.
