I gave birth 3 months ago and while I would like to be my pre-pregnancy weight, my biggest issue is that my back is not coping with not being pregnant. I got used to carrying myself a certain way and I find I'm still walking and standing like I'm pregnant.
I have bad sway back, get horrendous muscle spasms in my back, my posture is shocking and I have no core strength. Has anyone experienced this and found ways to fix it? I'm really wanting to exercise but am too scared to in case it brings on spasms - I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy!
