    Default Severe cramps

I had my D&C for bub we lost at @ weeks but foynd iut at12 week scan & i wasnt naturally miscarrying on the 24th April have had bleeding since only stopped bleeding on Monday this week. And have had spotting. Yesterday it was. Brown cm like with bright red blood. N then nothing last night or this morning. But I'm having extremely horrible cramps comparable to early labour that have doubled me over in pain and mostly on my right side. DP is being an asshat saying he knows how it feels like poo pains BS he has no idea this Is so painful. It took me 15 mins just to get dressed. I'm laying on the couch in pain ATM have taken panadine to try help the pain. Has anyone had this or any idea what it could be. ?? It hurtsiks hell

Found this number for Health Direct Australia - it's 24/7 and you can speak to a registered nurse - maybe give them a ring? 1800 022 222

Go and get seen to, get a scan done, make sure there's nothing left to cause cramping.

I think bleeding for up to a couple of weeks after the D&C is normal, as long as its getting lighter not heavier. But I don't think having such bad cramps is normal, I didn't have much cramping at all after the D&C.
I agree with Little Ted, go see your doctor for a scan to make sure all is as it should be. Hope you're feeling better soon.

My dr checked me for infection all clear & when I saw him Monday the bleeding had stopped but would still get occasional spotting so he said he wouldn't hither with a scan & let my body do its own thing to get back to "norm" I'm taking vitex so maybe that could have something to do with it? The panadine helped the cramps ease still just painful occasionally. Had a bit of spotting before when went to toilet but rang my MIL she's a nurse told me to take it easy heat pack & panadine when needed & if it gets bad again she will take me to hospital. I'm hoping no retained product in there. Also tmi when my DP & I dtd my cervix feels very tender & slightly open. Is this normal ?

I don't think bad cramps are normal I have had a d&c before and don't remember having bad cramps after just bleeding, I would defiantly get checked maybe the cramps are from dtd?

Have only dtd once since bleeding stopped and that was tues night so I don't think it's from that. Don't think it's possible it's implanting bleed either I've never had ovulation pain but I doubt it would be as severe as cramps I had.
