    Ive been through this exactly...

    Get the avo. If he breaks it even once (even a text message) he will be arrested. The txts alone would be enough to get it.

    Then just stop allowing visits and wait for him to initiate then if you have to go to court/mediate demand supervised. You and your childs safety come first and he is unsafe!

    I was starting to think my pregnancy hormones were making things worse than what they are but after reading these replies I can see I'm not crazy for wanting nothing to do with him!
