Thanks in advance for answering my 1001 questions

Dd was 9 months when we started ttc because we wanted 18-24 month gap. We found out just after her first birthday that I was pg with ds.

We have a 20 month age gap and I love it. Dd was quite advanced for her age (intellectually) so that is what made it easy.

I am pg with number 3, there will again be a 20 month age gap (this wasnt planned though) and I'm struggling with the thought of ds and a newborn. He is no where near where dd was at this age. (We told her at 16 months about the baby and she was into it the whole way, rubbing my belly and asking about baby etc) ds will have no idea (14 months now)

So I feel this time will be a whole different kettle of fish.

DS1 was 15mths when we started TTC #2. It took us 12mths to conceive. DS1 was 3yrs(+18days) when DS2 was born.

    We started TTC #3 when DS1 was 4yrs 9mths and DS2 was 1yr 8mths. It took us 4mths so DS1 was almost 5 and DS2 was 23mths.

When bub is born DS1 will be 5yrs 8mths and DS2 will be 2yrs 7mths.

DS was 9/10months, but he took over 2years to conceive, so we thought it would take a while and I didn't want to put off the next round of IVF. You can imagine my surprise when I found out there is only going to be a 21 month age gap between babies.

TTC at 10 months, UTD at 13 months, nearly 22 month age gap.

I wouldnt really recommend it. It was really hard being UTD while dealing with little sleep (DD wasnt a great sleeper) and the demands being UTD places on your body while you still have a 1yo that needs to be lifted a lot was tough, especially as my kids are very big for their age. Next time Im hoping for closer to a 3 year age gap, although I think anything from 2.5 onwards would be a lot easier. By 2.5 i was able to control DD verbally - i could reason with her, she understood rewards, etc. With hindsight, it was like having 2 babies until she turned 2.

We started TTC#2 when DD was about 10/11 months. She's 21mo now and we're not pregnant yet

We start IVF in about 2 months, so if that's successful first go DD will be about 2yrs 8mo or thereabouts. Realistically probably closer to 3yrs old as I know there's a good chance it'll take a few rounds.

DS was 13 months when we started TTC and... 13 months when I fell. There will be 22 months between them. I am overwhelmed but very excited to have them close together.

DS was sleeping though at 13 months but then started waking overnight again until I was about 12 weeks. That was hard. I do find that I can't be as active with him as I'd like to be but overall the pregnancy with a toddler thing is fine. I am however starting to suffer from sciatica, which I didn't have the first time around, so that may make things more difficult.

I haven't had the baby yet, but I wouldn't change it so far.
