CC is not easy

I have just read a thread in another area and I want to make a comment but am putting it here so as not to upset anyone.
I'm am concerned that people are under the missguided opinion that people control cry as some kind of 'power trip'.
Most of us agonise to do it and then it's probably one of the hardest things to do. But it also works for us, if it doesn't work for anyone else thats ok too.
I think this world needs to drop all the PC labels and just get on with the job of being a loving parent, no matter what your style, don't be so quick to judge others till you walk a mile in their shoes.

I am sure everyone is trying to the best job we can... and everyone has different view points. I think you can only use what works for you -as sometimes what works for one doesn't work another!

I agree totally with you Sarie, people should be more supportive and less judgemental of others choices. I really get tired of some of the stuff I read.

Totally agree, well said. I don't use CC with my DS, but respect other people and their right to use this method. Who are we to judge? Too many people think they know what it's like to walk in another persons mocassins!!

I agree the first time you impliment CC it is so hard not to just pick them up and cuddle them but we cant do that for the rest of there life.
