Sorry pigeon but hopefully it's just to early.

AF arrived today at noon so I guess that's good it explains the bad cramps I have been getting and now we can start trying again. My fs said that cd1 is the day you wake up with your period so I guess it will be cd1 tomorrow so will start clomid on Wednesday cd2

I count CD1 as the day I get light bleeding or heavier, even if it happens half way thru the day. Some cycles I'll spot for 12-24 hours beforehand. I know that fertility friend will only click over to a new cycle if it's light, medium or heavy, but not spotting.

So I would say if you need a pad, it's CD1

Not too sure Del...I have sore b's & slight cramping but that could be pms. AF isn't due for another 3 days so I guess it is too early to know for sure.

No idea what to do my gutt is telling to say today is cd1 but my fs said the morning you wake up with your AF is cd1. I got it at lunch time so only 5 hours after i woke up, was thinking about taking my tablet tomorrow but at about 7pm. They say if you take it at night you sleep through most of the side effects thoughts???

I take my clomid right before bed to try to avoid the headaches. I take mine about 11pm. You can really take it whenever you want, as long as you are taking it the same time each day.
