Sorry to hear sarzyjane. Enjoy the Christmas festivities and indulge a little for a fresh start in 2014.

Great news twosouls! Congrats! When will you have your next test and how far along?

I'm on day 9 of stims and been doing second injection for 4 days too. DH spoke to a guy at the clinic who told him that we need to be prepared for the emotional stuff as this bit is easy, it's when it doesn't work. It is a reality check and we have said to ourselves that we'll be happy this cycle with a few good ones in the freezer. My weakness is impatience so just need to keep myself busy..

TwoSouls... that's fabulous news!! Big HUGE congratulations. I'm so excited or you. Yes, I realise it's early days yet, but that's the start!!! I still can't believe that it took 4 transfers using donor sperm to get that BFP. I really thought this IVF thing would be easier and would work much quicker than the amount we're all having to go through. I'm starting jabs tonight for Cycle #7.

Bertie good luck with number 7! I know, I thought donor would be the magical answer and it would work first time.
Are you on the same injections again?

Thanks peonies we are very happy but trying not to get to ahead of ourselves x

I've felt ok. Had quite bad cramping pretty much since before we found out. Last night it was that bad I had to stop what I was doing and sit down. I've asked for another blood test tomorrow even though they insisted I don't need it but it will give me a bit of reassurance 😀

Dgl... good luck with EPU. Hope you get some nice little eggies :-))

AFM... This time we've gone back to Menopur. Also taking aspirin and prednisolone for immune issues, having intrallipid treatment this Saturday and Clexane injections if we get to transfer. Thankfully end of year preparations means not much time to think too much about it all :-))

    Hi everyone, update from me.
They got 12 eggs. Felt pretty sore and out of it yesterday. Much better today but still quite a sore belly, especially the movement of walking..
Spoke to the embryologist today and they said 10 were able to be injected, of which 8 fertilised. Have to ring tomorrow to find out if they're developing properly.. Trying not to worry about it but it's almost impossible!
    How is everyone else going?

Dgl.... that's fantastic news - 8 fertilised!! Those are just numbers to dream about. I'm thinking you must be a lot younger than me? :-)) My EPU should be in about a week, if everything goes to plan. Will you do a 3dt or a 5dt? Very excited for you.
