    Yes, so if you want less stress I'd suggest agreeing on two times a week when you are happy to have open homes. It is far less stressful if you know ahead of time when inspections will be.

    Not sure if you've ever been though anything like this before but when we were renting our home in Melbourne before we moved west we had one inspection and I found it incredibly stressful watching people go through the place. I was really surprised by how stressful it was. I just hated them looking at my stuff and my kids' stuff. Felt like a real invasion of privacy.

    And that was just one inspection!

    if i had to go through something like that again I would lock up anything of value and go for a coffee down the road. Good luck and I hope it's quick and painless.
