    Default Some recommend me a good multivitamin!

    I need a good multi to boost me.

    I had a tonsillectomy 3wks ago & now have a post op infection.

    I'm sick & tired or being sick & tired...

    Any good multi's??

    After DS came along, I stayed on Elevit (for mums with children). They're working spectacularly for me! I think they may be a bit pricier than the other brands though.

    I don't care the cost... I'm over being unwell.

    Just want enough energy to exercise & enjoy life. All I seem to do is work , renovate & sleep.

    The upside is my boys love to snuggle so that makes nice time.

    I find the Swisse Mega B+ complex good. B vitamins are important for energy production.
