Can I join too? Planning on TTC later this year but I've put on a kg each year since I got married so just want to feel a bit healthier.

Goal weight - 59.999999
My food isn't too bad, I just struggle with exercise, especially over winter.
I work 2 jobs so its hard to fit in everything. I also dislike running due to knee injury.
My plan - weights session at work 2 times/week, 30 min walk at work 2 times/week plus I think I'm going to chuck in 50 push-ups and 50 squats at least 3 times/week.
