OK, today so far:
Breakfast - slimright shake
A quarter of a curried egg and cucumber sandwich (stole from DD's morning tea, lol)
Lunch -Thai noodle Cup a soup
Arvo snack- 3 Belvita biscuits, toasted vegemite sandwich (shared with DD again).
Cup of coffee.
Doesn't look too bad, but I've run out of my brown bread so I've had to make do with white, which isn't ideal as I alwas try to eat only rye/brown.
Dinner will be spinach and ricotta ravioli and salad. A little heavy again on the carbs, but I'll be doing a big grocery shop in a couple of days and will be making sure to stock up on lots of low carb meals. I always like to stick with brown pasta but Ive run out of everything and need to shop.
I'm happy to say I got out with the pram and managed an hour fast paced walk as well. Feels good when I get my exercise
