@Rueblade. You're definitely not over reacting!! Who says or decides who feels worse than someone else. A loss is a loss...I've found it much easier to talk to those who've been through one than those that haven't. I could never have predicted the feelings of despair I would feel until it happened. Shocking! Chin up Hun, cry, be sad and mourne, we are all here with you

Hi ladies. I started bleeding quite heavily this afternoon, took myself off to emergency and am booked in tomorrow for a scan to make sure nothing is left behind. This was not a planned pregnancy (my baby is only 3 months old) but I was getting used to the idea of having another. Feeling sad and a little lost tonight, needed to come on here and tell someone. Thanks for "listening" xx

I'm sorry for your loss jane. Whether it's planned or not you had a life growing inside you and your body and hormones had started preparing to nurture that life. That's no small thing xx

Worst birthday ever and it has only just begun all I can think of is that I am supposed to be 9weeks pregnant now and instead I'm waiting for my first AF post D&C so we can start trying again

    I'm sorry @Sabochan - but Happy birthday! x

I would have hit 18 weeks today. Wouldn't have been long until my morph scan. So gutted.

But on the bright side, my period arrived 3 days ago, so I'm hopefully going to use my last FET this cycle, all going well.

Happy birthday sabochan. I'm sorry it's like this. You should give yourself an afternoon off and have a lovely cold cocktail in the sun. Ms jaguar, my fingers are crossed for you.

One question for you ladies though. I had a d&c on 27 August. Stopped bleeding about 13 days later. I then had over two weeks of no bleeding, then 28 days exactly after my surgery I started spotting. Spotting continued for 5 days then I got full AF this morning. Assuming this is my cycle starting, what do I count as CD1 do you think???

Sorry to hear about your losses ladies, I can relate.

Ladyd - I read that you had undergone a hysteroscopy and I was wondering if you had much trouble in getting that done? Do regular ob's perform these at request? I have a feeling something is not right with my uterus and would like to get it checked out.

Thanks for the Birthday wishes, turns out my day got worse before it got better. I had my follow up appointment with my GP yesterday for a bunch of test results, had a pap smear and then got told I need yet another rubella booster (I've had 2 in the past 3 years). Which means no TTC until November
Just when I thought I might be getting close to being able to try again, I'm not allowed to!

    Hmm, that's a hard one @Sally1981 - I think count cd1 as the 29th....your full bleed.

@VVPreg - I wasn't sure what my Fertility Specialist would say so I went in with a whole list of reasons why I wanted one and rambled them all out at once but he simply said that he thought it was a very sensible thing to do given my m/c history and the fact I was just about to start IVF. This was on a Thursday I think and he booked me in for the following Tuesday! I can't see why they would mind? More money in their pocket right?? Lol. Maybe try my trick of making a list before you appointment. I'd say any gyno/ fertility specialist should be qualified enough to do them, it is after all just a camera in your uterus with a small sample of lining collected for testing. Trust your gut and go for it! Good luck.

Urgh, @Sabochan - the extra waiting is the worst! Fertile people have no idea how much waiting can be involved. You can blink and you've lost another year. Hugs!

Yay @mrsjaguar! What cd are you? I had my EPU yesterday, got 13 eggies and 13 fertilised! Can't believe it. I'll get calls everyday this week and if all goes well, ET on Sat. Goodluck with your bubsicle xx

AFM - big soul kisses and all my love to my angel bubba today on their due date....you existed, you are loved, part of my heart left with you, please forgive me for not burying you. I last seen you and your beautiful flickering heart at 9 weeks but carried you until 11 weeks on the dot. Never forgotten. xoxoxoxo
