    devastated.
not sure how to handle the next part of the loss.

It is such a hard decision butterflygirl... Just thinking of u and sending virtual hugs.

How far along r u and what have they told u your options are?

I found out at 9 weeks I had a 7 week sac with no foetus (unembryonic pregnancy).... I decided to wait to naturally miscarry with the careful watch of my dr. 3 weeks later at 12 weeks I started bleeding, bled for approx 24days (the last 2 weeks spotting).... I'm semi glad my body mc naturally, but it took a really really long time.

Just hugs with ur decision ..... Not sure if my story helps, in one way I'm glad it happened naturally, but opting for a d&c might've been a lot quicker, I was just worried about possible consequences of d&c

I would have been five weeks today.

It feels definitely gone now after a full bleed yesterday. Woke up feeling a real sense of loss. Outside of my doona and the safety of the shower I'm trying pretty hard to put a positive face on it all because my Mum who has been staying with me to look after me has just been looking so heartbroken I feel like I had to turn a corner so she could. Mostly it's working pretty well, it sort of seems generally like there's got to be a limit to feeling so sad and so I'm gradually going places and answering the phone instead of declining all calls and I'm back to work on Monday.

I have to go in for a blood test tomorrow to confirm my HCG has gone back to zero. When I first started going to the clinic I made the mistake of not going early enough and I was there at the times all the women who already have babies were there and I would get so incensed and think to myself how can they be so disrespectful having their toddlers run around screaming when there are probably women in the room with no kids who are miscarrying a much longed for pregnancy. And tomorrow I am that woman. Stupid of me but I honestly thought a miscarriage wasn't that likely for me.

Anyway I just wanted somewhere to say I am still sad. I wanted this one. I talked to it and I imagined it. I miss it and I'm really sorry that it's gone.

I'm so sorry you are going through this @ScubaGal, it does get easier but you never forget and then there are moments of sadness that just come out of no where randomly. It's ok to be sad xo
