    Default What an inspirational school!

My heart breaks for these kids but is lifted by the amazing people running this school who are really making a difference in their lives! Allowing them to have an alternative future!

    Just though I'd share!

There's a school similar to this for boys near us, our nephew (technically BIL's foster child) attends there, he has issues from a hard life, drug damage in utero and really struggles with focussing, information retention and controlling his emotions, so main****** school is a nightmare for him, they have meditation and lots of physical exercise to punctuate their short day. He's never going to be a neurosurgeon, but he's learning to function in society, hopefully learning to read and gaining basic skills that will help him with his dream of being a panel beater.
