I'm getting the same but it's on and off not a consistent flow so I think my af is starting again.

Cd25. But I don't have any consistency to my cycles. My last one was 22 days.

    Hi ladies,

Can I please ask some questions?

Yesterday I started getting period pain ( pretty standard for me ) today is day 28 of my usual 28 day cycle.

Yesterday when checking cervical position I had some bleeding ( from cervix entrance?) Today more - not yet reaching underwear.

My ff chart is saying day 18 of my cycle was my ovulation date ( I miscarried last month at about 5 weeks ) So I think ovulation was a little delayed due to this.

My question is does this mean I have a short lp? Or do I only worry about my first day of full on bleeding? And don't worry about the cervical bleeding & cramps?

My next question is I am looking at the following for vitamin intake

    Vitex ( morning ) 1000mg

    Pregnancy multi ( lunch )
    Vitamin B ( lunch ) min 50mg

    Vitamin c ( night ) 500 mg

Does this look ok? And is it in anyway counterproductive to add evening primrose to this ( 2 or 3 times a day )

Thanks in advance for any advice/replies. I've given myself an end date for ttc with doing everything I can. After december I'm calling it quits & moving on.

I'm tracking with opks, maybe baby, temps. Plus vitamins & due to start acupuncture.

At lp of 10 is on the short side but in theory should be long enough. The vit B should help with that and also with the spotting (it helped for me). Are you looking to take vitex to help your lp?

I took EPO for a while but only before o...not sure if you should take it or not during the tww. I also don't know whether it will affect the vitex or anything...hopefully some of the other ladies here might know?

Sorry got no idea about primrose oil or about lp.

Just wanted to share that I started takibg royal jelly capsules. The pure royal jelly is better but it's very expensive. Anyways it's very good for u as its rich in nutrients and great for fertility. So now I'm taking daily 1× vitex + 1× royal jelly + 1× magnesium (it helps everything to be absorbed) and vit d (taken in a high dose once a month). My bleeding has been scant it will happen once a day then nothing. Last night I got pink looking mucous. I'm just seeing how things go. Not getting hopes up its implantation cause my hormones are all over the place so I wouldn't be surprised if af turns up next week.

I took EPO with vitex for my endo years ago. I was told by the naturo to take it all cycle.

I was reading into royal jelly about a week ago and how it's meant to assist fertility....

Yep it's good for fertility, hormones, liver. I'm willing to try anything natural to help with my overall health and fertility. Vitex us supposed to help with fluid retention too.

I was taking vitex for 9 days in a 50 day cycle when AF showed up, I haven't had any spotting but have only been taking it for about 2 weeks. I think it's helping my cycle so far but I will know this month if I get a shorter cycle or not. Good luck Proudmumma :-)
