50mgs is a good starting point. It really depends what you're using it for. For example, 100mg might be better if you have luteal phase of less than 10 days.

I think it would be ok. Vitex is a herb so has completely different stuff in it from elevit and mega b as far as i know...

My LP is usually 14 days. Its been over that twice while Ive been charting and I think those are the cycles I had chemicals. Im using it to regulate my cycle and hopefully make my progesterone a bit higher to help an egg implant should I get pregnant

50mg should be enough then that seemed to help my progesterone levels heaps.

well I got blood tinged mucus today. I know it usually means impkantation bleeding but I'm honestly not getting my hopes up. I've had this before and my period had started shorty after. But its has onky been 10 days since my last af so who knows.

Ive just gone to the toilet and have pink spotting. I had it when DF and I DTD the night before last as well. I honestly have no freaking clue what my body is doing!! Ive never had this before. Usually I spot just before I have AF. Last cycle I spotted for 6 days halfway through my TWW. I got faint faint lines on 2 tests, then I had a light AF and now Im spotting again 3 and 5 days after my AF finished! What is going on!?
