Can't comment on b6 but I can definitely give vitex a big thumbs up. I took it from cd1 until I o'd and got my bfp on the 3rd cycle (after trying for 15 months). It did help to shorten my cycle and it definitely reduced the pain when AF arrived the first 2 cycles.

I have to add that I started going to the gym and lost 6kg at the same time I started it so that may have helped too

Approx 36-39 days, vitex took it out to 50!! Fx it works for you, I decided to ditch all my vitamins bar the i-folic and have been 1000 times better already. I have a really healthy diet so they aren't a necessity for me anyway.

The timing suggests it could be ovulation cramping...? And ovulation spotting?

I took Vitex this month and the ovulation cramps are quite strong...

Well my cycles vary from 23 - 69 days, averaging between 35-42 days so I hope it helps to shorten them! How long did you take Vitex for?

Does vitex increase/influence your oestrogen levels? That could cause more obvious o signs you wouldnt normally get...maybe?

I looked up that it does BT. If I got this ovulation spotting does that mean I've already ovulated or will ovulate?

I'll wait and see what tomorrow brings. As I believe o spotting wouldn't last a few days. If nothing tomorrow then bd. No hope tonight though cause my son is sleeping in our bed tonight lol.
