Yer I think so but having had issues with break through bleeds etc on pills before I was thinking maybe the vitex could help stop that but I spoke to chemist who advised against using both at same time as vitex counteracts the effectiveness of oral contraceptives

Its probably best to see a proper naturopath about it. If u dont want to have a consultation, alot of health food stores have qualified naturopaths working there that u could ask. At least that way u know ur getting the right info

I wouldn't take the pill and vitex together. Vitex works by evening out hormones, and they will counteract each other.

Hey Kelstar...do you usually o regularly? If you do I'm not sure you need vitex. B vits helped with my spotting & are worth a try - b vits can be taken anytime & are safe during pregnancy too (may even help with m/s!). Vitex may interfer if your cycle & o is already pretty regular, i think? Sorry I cant be more help!
